Somatic Melt Session
A trauma-informed approach to sacred breathwork, somatic embodiment & deep connection to your spirit.
MELT is about coming home to your spirit through deep rest somatic breath and embodiment work // MELT is where your pain stops hiding // Where your body lets go of decades of survival // MELT is the unlearning & melting away conditioning while simultaniously rewiring what gets to be true for you // MELT is building safety in your body’s response to stress fear and uncertinty // building deep trust within your intuition and your bodys silent signals.
I do not take this work lightly. You will be guided on a journey into your psyche, your subconscious mind and into a state beyond the physical realm to induce deep connection to the self.

Do not participate if you have:
Schizophrenia, bipolar, manic, or other psychiatric disorders
Epilepsy, seizures, or serious hearing conditions
Pregnancy
Serious cardiovascular, abdominal, or hernia issues
COPD or other major respiratory illness
Recent or serious eye conditions or surgery
Are currently using recreational drugs or medications that alter brain chemistry
Proceed with caution / use a gentle approach if you have:
High or low blood pressure
Asthma (please bring your inhaler)
Heart conditions or history of stroke
Severe anxiety or panic attacks
Diabetes (bring glucose if needed)
Thyroid or hormonal conditions
Recent injuries, physical trauma, or surgery
Any other medical, physical, or mental-health condition that may affect your ability to engage in deep physical or emotional release
