What is The Spirit World?
The Spirit World is a trauma-informed healing space that bridges the nervous system, subconscious, and spirit.
Through breathwork, energy healing, and guided subconscious journeys, I help you reconnect to your body, intuition, and the parts of you that you’ve abandoned — your inner child, ancestors, or loved ones who’ve passed.
It’s not about escaping reality — it’s about coming home to yourself through it.

What can I expect in a session or circle?
Every experience inside The Spirit World is unique.
You’ll be guided through grounding, intentional breath, and subconscious journeying. Some people cry, release, shake, or feel tingles or visuals — others just feel calm and clear.
Your body and spirit decide what you’re ready to process. Nothing is forced. Everything is held with safety and compassion.

Do I need to believe in spirituality or the “spirit world” for this to work?
Not at all.
You only need curiosity and a willingness to feel.
While I work with energy and intuitive guidance and it may sound “woo woo”, everything is grounded in nervous-system safety, trauma awareness, and psychology-based principles.

Is this therapy or hypnosis?
No, this is not therapy or clinical hypnosis.
What I offer is a guided somatic and subconscious healing experience that complements, but doesn’t replace, professional mental-health care.
Think of it as an energetic reset that helps you release emotion from the body and reconnect to your intuition and inner wisdom.

What’s the difference between MELT and other breathwork or healing sessions?
MELT is my signature method — a blend of trauma-informed breathwork, subconscious reprogramming, and intuitive energy work.
It’s designed to help your body release survival patterns and access deeper healing states safely.
Unlike most breathwork, MELT isn’t about “pushing” for a breakthrough. It’s about softening, listening, and melting into your own truth.
