  • Deep breathing and somatic grounding reduce sympathetic “fight-flight” activity and activate the parasympathetic vagus response, lowering heart rate and cortisol almost immediately.

  • This 90 minute session blends breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and guided nervous-system regulation.


    You’ll be guided to release stored tension, reconnect to your body, and leave with practical grounding rituals you can repeat anytime.

    You may experience catharsis, but please don’t put any pressure on yourself to do so. Whatever comes up during your session, is exactly what needed to come up.

    No prior experience required everything is beginner friendly.

  • Make sure you have a private, comfortable space like your bedroom or a yoga mat.

    Headphones & an eyemask will create the best immersive experience.

    You will need space to move the body, and you will need to ensure you are uninterrupted.
