MELT is a guided somatic breath & embodiment healing session that blends breath, gentle movement, and deep nervous system regulation to help you feel safe in your body, release stored emotions & reconnect with your true self.

This 60 minute session blends breathwork, gentle somatic movement, and guided nervous-system regulation.
You’ll be guided to release stored tension, reconnect to your body, and leave with practical grounding rituals you can repeat anytime.You may experience catharsis, but please don’t put any pressure on yourself to do so. Whatever comes up during your session, is exactly what needed to come up.
No prior experience required everything is beginner friendly. -
Make sure you have a private, comfortable space like your bedroom or a yoga mat.
Headphones & an eyemask will create the best immersive experience.
You will need space to move the body, and you will need to ensure you are uninterrupted.

This session is held virtually via ZOOM and appointments are typically booked out 1-2 weeks in advance.
Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email to secure a time/day and an intake form to tailor the session to your needs.
