melt is an immersive experience using a mixture of somatic movement, breath, sound & somatic integration so that you actually embody your experience rather than just feeling “good” for a moment.
melt is more than breathwork, it is also the practice of rewiring your nervous system so that you create deep embodied change long after your sessions with us.

Each session guides you through phases of breath, sound, and stillness.
You’ll use your breath to open the body, release stuck emotions and explore the depths of your subconscious mind.
This is a trauma informed approach so we do not force catharsis (emotional release) we tune in deeply with the body’s silent signals and cultivate a safe space for you to heal on your own unique timeline.

Transformational Breathwork and Breath Retention can be deeply activating for the body and mind. It’s essential to understand when it may not be suitable for you.
